Organisation of interior and exterior upkeep and maintenance (cleaning, repairs, chimney sweeping, boiler maintenance, etc.) ;
All these services will be defined with your agreement and in accordance with specifications that we draw up.

Help in drawing up and completing various administrative documents, putting you in contact with architects, surveyors, qualified artisans, building site supervision with photos.

Registering at the Mairie (town hall), opening a bank account, taking out insurance, setting up standing charges for electrics, gas, telephone, Internet, etc.

- Management services for a House 600 € / year;
- Management services for an Apartment 350 € / year.

I am fully independent and am in no way connected, on either a professional or financial basis, with any partner I may contact on behalf of clients.My clients alone make decisions and give orders to pa tners with whom I may be called upon to work on behalf of my clients.
Clients are wholly responsible for the result of each pack together with its smooth running.
